Lean Writing

Two-Day course provides a complete process for planning, writing, and editing technical documents, including assessing the needs of users, choosing document formats, and making effective use of graphics. Successfully conveying complicated content to end users — both internal and external — is essential and can greatly enhance the value of products and services.

Technical Writing

Two-day course addresses highly technical documentation. We address the misconception that highly technical information must be captured in a way that is difficult to read, understand, or write.  This course includes tools for regulatory, compliance, and quality professionals at all levels; and is appropriate for all industries. Attendees will be introduced to Plain Language basics and improve their ability to convey complex information with clarity and precision.

Customer Experience Management

Two-day course provides insight into the interactions and relationship between a company and its customers. CEM also focuses on company interaction with employees, facilities, and marketing, including virtual constructs. Understanding and improving the total customer experience requires that an organization look beyond basic tactical approaches that simply focus on delivering quality products and services.

This one-day course is an introduction to to Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions or Standard Work processes.  The course provides a complete process for planning, writing, and editing an includes  assessing the needs of users, choosing appropriate document format, and making effective use of graphics.  These documents are critical to recurring operations and significantly impact quality.

Public Speaking

This two-day workshop includes skill enhancement for professionals at all levels; and is appropriate for all industries. Attendees will leave the course with improved ability to convey complex information with clarity and precision.This workshop will assist participants in the preparation and delivery of information for conferences and other public settings.  It will offer invaluable insight into how to improve presentation and communication skills to maximize the impact of agency outreach efforts and consistency of agency messaging.
