LaDonna Farrish
LaDonna has a Master's Degree in Divinity from Duke University and a BS in Political Science and Communications. She specializes in quality and compliance, authoring and facilitating courses on business, quality control, continuous improvement, human factors, and technical writing. Additionally, she holds certifications in Project Management and Biz Mediation.

Kathy Wharton-Johnson
Kathy has a Ph.D. (ABD) in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University, a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership, and a BA in Communications with a concentration in Technical Writing. She also holds Project Management and Biz Mediation certifications. Kathy founded WF to unite various professional and government services, addressing the needs of both small and large businesses.

COO
Kyrin, an MBA, is a transformational leader with over 14 years of experience leading technical and operational teams in Fortune 500 companies, consulting, and military environments. She has expertise in project management, change management, process optimization, and risk management.
