Work for YOU on the weekend

As the weekend quickly approaches, plan to do some work for yourself. Have your morning coffee outside. Go for a run or take a yoga class. Read that book you've been meaning to get around to. I highly recommend Becoming by Michelle Obama. The point is, work can seem all consuming. You deserve self work. Things that make all the hard work worth it. Take some time to work on YOU.


Unplug. Unplug. Unplug.

Spring is upon us. If you take a look around you can see the changing of the seasons. Stepping away from social media even if for an hour or so is a refreshing change of pace.
